CCC has told us they can’t send assignment emails straight to your BodyShop Booster email anymore. To protect the insurance companies data, they now require that all assignment emails go to your shop’s own email address first.
.
Once your shop gets the email, you’ll need to send it to your Booster email so we can have our AI read it and process it.
You can send the email to Booster in two ways:
We can handle both, but Redirect is more reliable
Send email to: rsg@cccis.com
Call them at (800) 621-8070 or (630) 626-4061
Request them to update your email address to your shops email address.
Request them to turn on all notifications for all insurance companies and open shop assignments
Start by finding your Bodyshop Booster CCC assignment email address: (How To Video: https://share.zight.com/Wnu9gpnK )
In BodyShop Booster CRM In the top-right corner of the CRM, click on your initials.
-Select Admin from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Click on Email.
- Copy the email address listed for receiving CCC assignments.
Go to your shops email program and set up a redirect or forwarding rule to send the CCC notifications to the email you just copied.
If your email addresses are on your own domain (eg dave@davesbodyrepairs.com) then you are likely running Google Workspace. Setting up redirects in Workspace can have unintended consequences if not done correctly, so we recommend you have your Workspace Admin do this for you. If setting up redirects is not an option, skip to Setting up a Forward in Gmail instead.Instructions for Setting up a Redirect in Google Workspace CLICK HERE FOR THE HOW TO FILE
